Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal to Provide Scholarships to Turbat University Students

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal has announced that it will provide scholarships, financial assistance, and other facilities for financially deserving students of the University of Turbat (UoT) whose parental income is less than PKR 70,000 per month. In this regard, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the University of Turbat and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal on December 14, 2025, at the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Head Office in Islamabad.

The MoU was signed and exchanged by the Vice Chancellor University of Turbat, Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, and the Director General of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Mr. Shaheen Khalid Butt. Managing Director Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zeshan Danish, along with other officials, was also present on the occasion.
As per the MoU, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal will provide scholarships and stipends to deserving and talented students of the University of Turbat. The Managing Director of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal assured full cooperation and close coordination with the university to ensure maximum financial relief for deserving students.

Expressing his gratitude, According to the university’s spokesperson, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Gul Hasan, expressed his gratitude to the Managing Director of the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal and informed him that a large number of students in the region come from underprivileged backgrounds, and such financial assistance plays a vital role in enabling them to pursue their higher education without financial constraints. He emphasized that such initiatives empower students to access quality higher education and become skilled, technologically competent, responsible, and productive members of society. He further added that investing in the education of deserving students strengthens the country’s human resource base, enabling graduates to contribute effectively to national development and economic growth of the country.
